A5: Welcome to order samples from us if we have ready parts in stock. But we only accept EXW term for samples. Customers need to pay the sample cost as well as the freight, we will send you by express (DHL /Fedex) and you will receive about 3-10 days.

A6: Every product has one year warranty period. The product that is damaged or fails due to the manufacturing problem within one year after the purchasing date will gain free spare parts and assembling drawings from the company.
