Q3: What is your delivery time?
A3: We will make a production plan at 25th every month, the delivery time is based on the time we receive your deposit. For your reference, the delivery time of our standard wheelchair is within 30days.
Q4.What payment options do you offer?
A4: T/T, 30% as deposit, balance to pay against copy of exporting documents.
Q5: How can l get the samples?
A5: Welcome to order samples from us if we have ready parts in stock. But we only accept EXW term for samples. Customers need to pay the sample cost as well as the freight, we
will send you by express (DHL /Fedex) and you will receive about 3-10 days.
Q6: How about the after-sale service?
A6: Every product has one year warranty period. The product that is damaged or fails due to the manufacturing problem within one year after the purchasing date will gain free spare parts and assembling drawings from the company. Beyond the maintenance period, we will charge the accessories, but the technical service is still free.
